From time to time, we may ask you to provide us personal information from such as your name, address, phone numbers and e-mail address.

Why do we collect it, and how do we use it?

We ask you for that information so we can communicate with you either to confirm your reservations or to provide you information you've asked for.

If you're on our mailing list, we'll send you information about our upcoming shows. If you're a member of the group, we may contact you about auditions, special meetings (such as the AGM), social functions, and during productions you're working on.

How do we collect it?

You can provide your information in several ways:

  1. by phone, if you call to reserve tickets
  2. by filling out the form on the back of our program to join our mailing list
  3. on this web site, if you reserve tickets or ask for information online
  4. if you're working with the group on a production, we'll ask for information on how to get in touch with you

What don't we do with the information?

We never share the information you give us with any other organization. We don't use it for any other reason than those stated above.

How can you control the information we have about you?

At any time, you can ask us what information we have about you. You can ask us to change that information as necessary to keep it up to date, and you can ask us to delete any or all of it at any time, and we'll do it immediately.
